How much do we think DCL pays attention to these? I got the e-mail from "Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Research" within a few days of disembarking the Fantasy on 3/26. I got through only the first couple, routine, questions before I was asked how embarkation was at San Diego. I quickly replied to the e-mail that I had received the wrong survey, only to get an automated response that the box wasn't monitored.
I needed to call for a copy of my final Folio anyway (an ordeal in and of itself) so I mentioned it there. When the Folio failed to arrive, I called yet again, mentioning the survey issue a 2nd time. This time the guy said he would try to get it fixed. About an hour later I received another survey request--opens to the page I left off asking me to rate embarkation at San Diego!!
This was my 12th cruise, but first with kids and first on DCL. I feel like I have good feedback to provide, but wonder if it is even worth following up again. I don't feel like Guest Services off the ship really gives a damn.
