Post Card to my address in My Dads name...

Can I use it?? My parents live with my DH and I. The telephone and internet is under their name. I signed up all our names and emails on the Disney web site to increase the chances of getting offers like the 59.00 post card offer. They have never been to Disney...as matter of fact my mom calls it plastic!! But thats a whole nother debate. Anyhow, I email my DU agent and she says I can't use because it's not in my name?? Has anyone had this experience and have they been able to book the code?? I would like to call and ask to speak to a supervisor but they won't discuss a reservation made with a travel agent. We are all the same house hold...I dont get it??

thats where you said it,they target people who dont go to disney or that offtern.In disneys eyes they know you will go even if you dont get a pin

This happened to me too. My adult daughter lives with us and the postcard came to her. We are going in September and she is not going with us. I called the 407 number and explained it all to the CM and he said it was no problem as long as we lived in the same household. We booked a 7 day MYW package with DDP using the 16 digit PIN. My daughter's last name is even different but they said it was ok as long as the address and telephone number matched.

We ended up calling and explaining the situation. The cm talked with a Manager who looked up our name and my fathers and then combined the two into one address. It saved us about 112.00 over the summer code. So the moral is if at first you dont succeed try try again!!
