Thanks all for your help. Just as an update, we are traveling early December and didn’t have any add ons. I was able to cancel and rebooked right away for the flights and times we wanted. All good.

Im in the process of booking our SW flights for jan
I cant remember from last year where do I put our pre TSA number
on the booking form
the options are known traveler number or I think it said a redress number

It's in the Known Traveler Number. The easier way is to add it to your SW rewards profile and it will automatically populate when you go to book your flight.
