Watch it, Jeff...I've already threatened to get my Evil Mime cohorts after Lauri today, and I'm sure they wouldn't mind making a detour to sunny Arizona. You really want this guy to show up in your neighborhood?

Just wondering, since sometimes posts are moved there. Is there a rhyme or reason to who gets to post these sort of posts here on the Community Board?

Well Lucy, this post doesn't exactly fall in either of those categories. It is a thank you to Pete, the admins and the members of the DIS for the fun WVRevy has had over the 6 yrs he's been here. The Just Say Thanks board is for thanking Cast Members so no, it wouldn't go there. The Congrats board is to congratulate another person on their birthday or a post milestone, and since it was just mentioned that he decided to post this for his 5000th post - doesn't fit there so I'd say that this post is just fine for the Community Board.

And as far as who decides where things go, that is up to the board administrators.

Hope that clears up your confusion.

Is there a mime gone bad board? If so, maybe you should move him there. You could use the other end of that invisible rope he keeps pulling on to tie him up. Just don't kill him because you know that a mime is a terrible thing to waste.

No, it really doesn't. It just tells me that if the post mentions the mods or WMs and how wonderful they are it can stay here, otherwise it gets tossed to the other board never to be seen again.

You can't see it but I am running against the wind trying to get away. I'm not sure you want to send plum boy to Arizona or he'll end up looking like one of those California raisins after 15 minutes in the desert heat.

And I wouldn't mess with Lauri, I once saw her pummel a guy in a sumo costume (oh please let that be a costume and not just a fat couch potato on laundry day who could only find a towel to wear). He looked like Jabba the Hut with an atomic wedgie.

For your sake I suggest you put down the mime and walk away...
