I haven't been to WDW in well over 10 years.
The last time I was there you could get cute little cards with each of your ADR's printed on them at the front desk.

I used them for our scrap book. Can you still get these?

We've gone to the desk in recent years and got them all printed out, but it's on regular printer paper and nothing special.

Or print them on home printer card stock and cut each individual one using decorative scissors.

Note: if you go the "itinerary" page of your My Disney Experience account, they do make the itinerary a bit decorative with little pictures of the park you will be in that day. We prefer to print that page than the plain reservation webpage.
