No military discount for me either. It seems to be related to the date of your reservation, as in, if they need military people to come down to book empty spaces, they will gladly give a discount. If the spaces are going to be filled regardless, "no discount for you!" Ah well, worth a shot.

I moved my reservation forward 2 weeks and got the discount. It has something to do with the number of spaces allocated to that rate--not sure what they are. At any rate I know you sometimes have to insist they look at the Walt Disney Worl Salutes the Men and Women Who Serve page on the WDW site. The person I had finally did and was very surprised. Don't give up. It's worth the discount to be persistent.
