Will we have any chance of booking brunch on the Dream? We are on the March 4th sailing voer Mardi Gras is that makes a difference. Would be willing to do either Palo or Remy. Also, do they hold back any brunch reservations to be booked onboard?

I guess it varies for each cruise, I am silver also. I stayed up til midnight to book a Palo brunch for me and my sister as soon as booking opened. I was under the impression that it was hard to get. Imagine my surprise when 30 days out, it is still showing availability. And our cruise is only 4 days so the brunch is only offered once, on the sea day.

We were able to book brunch during our silver booking window. We were also able to book 1 week before a cruise. DCL holds back reservations.

We sail on the Dream in less than a week. I was unable to get a Palo Brunch from 90 days out. Hoping to get something after we board.

Yes and worst case scenario, they may have room when you are on board on embarkation day.

We were able to book on our first cruise, a 4-day on the Dream. If you log on right when your booking window opens you might be able to snag a reservation. If not, head to the Palo reservation location listed in the navigator when you board the ship. Good luck!!

I was able to get a reservation once the silver booking window opened. I wanted 11:30 but it had already been filled up so I went with noon. My plan is to skip b-fast and come hungry.

I always check from 5 to 3 days before sailing and have been able to snag things. Last resort would be try once on board. They shut down access at 3 days before sailing.

If not go to Palo as soon as you board they hold some back. They will also have an area in one of the restaurants to make reservation changes it will be listed in the Navigator.

They hold ressies back for onboard booking, so look into that if you can't book in advance. And yes, there is ample chance that you will be able to book it in advance.

I could be wrong but I want to say that if you’ve booked Palo brunch it will show you that there is availability for the time you have booked, but in reality it might be sold out. Similarly if you’ve booked an activity for a certain time the system will not show you that activity at a different time.

Now THIS is a very good plan when going to Palo for brunch!! ::yes:: :thumbsup2

Yup. I warned my dad NOT to eat breakfast the morning we had brunch. But he is a creature of habit and insisted he "needed" oatmeal and toast and fruit. He was regretting that decision later at brunch. Mom (who had half a grapefruit only at breakfast) kicked me under the table to not say "I told you so..."

We will be sailing on the March 4th cruise too! This will be our first cruise, so I won't know until 75 days out if there are any reservations left for Palo Brunch, but I plan on trying to book at midnight as some have said above. Good luck and hopefully we'll see you there!
