Possible help on enlarging a picture

I posted this on the CB, and now I am stuck. Basically the jist of the thread is how to enlarge a coloring picture of Cinderella and print it in like quadrants to post on a posterboard..

Vector image.. I got lost... I tried to enlarge it in word, in the quadrant idea, and I could not "split" the image into four so I could print each quadrant larger, so I could then print it out.....
