The Tortuga thing was a Jim Hill rumor that was supposedly part of an overall pirate overhaul of Adventureland. Disney's response to Harry Potter at Universal.

However, *SURPRISE*, the alleged project is now allegedly delayed, or possibly allegedly dead.

Not only are they keeping the menu the same, they are also keeping the price the same. It's just not fair.

I guess it's fair if people pay it, but that's an awful lot of money to charge for the food they serve there, even for Disney. I know the sit-downs get a lot of panicky Dining Plan people who will eat anywhere so they don't waste their credits, but I'm not sure that's enough to support those prices for that food.

Don't get me wrong, I actually like the food, but let's face it, it's not what you'd expect to get for what Disney charges.

Actually I read it on the BBB board from a FGIT CM. She said something about a boys version coming soon w/ dress up section themed with Pirates and she said there'd be a restaurant opening at the same time. Don't know who this Jim fella is...

Right now we have an ADR at Ohanas and Tusker House. I'm going to cancel one of these in the morning if anyone else needs it.

Ohana's is one of my favorite character breakfast. They are very interactive with the kids and they don't seem to want to rush you out like they do at Chef Mickey's.
