Possibility of Downgrading from Grand Floridian :(

The Y&B and the Boardwalk are in the same area, both are walking distance (or you could take the Friendship Launch) to Epcot and DHS. I love them both and you cannot go wrong with either. BW has ESPN club, Big River Grill, Flying Fish and Trattoria al Forno. Plus they also have the Bakery which has great pastries and sandwiches. There are some snack booths and they have entertainment at night.

With little kids I would also check into AoA (as a PP mentioned). The Little Mermaid rooms are cute but for more room the suites are nice. The Nemo pool and the play areas for little ones are very cute.

Beach Club has the best pool on property (IMO).
