Portrait Session: A Great Deal

We got this done at SSR 2 years ago. I'd call up to ask if this still holds true, but at that time it was only a $50 add-on because we had pre-ordered the Photopass CD ($100). They combined the pictures for us with our Photopass and we also got 5 5x7 prints as a DVC promo. We loved it and I'm planning on doing it again for our next big trip now that we have ds.

I'm still trying to figure out if this is different than the promo from a few years ago. Based on the description, it sounds similar:

We got the Photopass CD, and paid $25.00 for the session @ GF. It was about 25 mins, and he took about 30 photos (just checked in my computer), it was also windy, and some of the shots didn't come out that great.
Anyway, they added our shots to our CD, but no hard copies were given to us. I know that was a promo, but it seems as if now, they have enhanced the package a bit, and offer a DVC discount.

So, I realize that this was a promo @ $25.00, but now it has gone up to $80.00, but with the addition of hard copy pics. I'm not sure what the DVC discount is, as I swear I just read about this on Stitchkingdom's Photopass site, for the same price, with a photo package too? Maybe they give out more photos to DVC members?

I have not seen this mentioned about the DVC discount anywhere in our Member Perks info - did I miss something?

I just read Stitchkingdom's Photopass guide, and it's normally $100.00 for this package, so that's a 20% savings for DVC members - pretty good! The photo packages are as follows:

(2) 8 x10 and (3) 5x7
(7) 5 x 7
(2 sets) 5 x 7 and (4 sets) 4 x 6

We did this last September at Beach Club with the same deal and also loved it. Got a ton of pics on a CD as well as some they printed up. I am planning on having it done again this year to use for Xmas cards!
