We arrived Thursday morning around 11.Our room was ready.Problem was we were suppose to have a pull out sofa cause we have 5 in our party,our room,no sofa.So lady said she would gives us a roll away for free.Not a problem.Our room was in the west wing again,which i like but this time we were all the way at the end of the hall.Went to park,did HHN,thats another story,not good.got back late that night,my daughter went to cover up on the roll away and her cover was covered in pee marks and smelled like pee too.They gave us new cover and said she would not charge us for roll away.They weren't suppose too anyway.Bathroom door was broke did not lock and didn't close sometimes.We had deluxe queen room.

Not all deluxe queens have pullouts. You need to make sure to request one. Our room in August did not have one. We were located in the Villa Wing.

I requested one when i made the reservation.She even said with 5 in the room we would have to have a pull out sofa.I even asked her was it a chair and she said no it will be a sofa.

OK, that is just gross! I wouldn't even want to sleep on the roll away, even if they gave me a new cover! I know these kind of things get overlooked and happen, but that's just YUCH!!! Sorry to hear about all these negative things, but I know they can wear on you when you're on vacation and they tend to taint the whole experience sometimes. Have they tried to "comp" you for some of these probs? We LOVE Loews hotels & are planning on staying there again in the Fall and wanted to give PBR a try. Hope others things have been better for you on your trip.
