Portofino Bay Room Request?

I would love a balcony while we are there, I have a garden view room...
is there a better view I should book to help secure a balcony?

We were there last week, club level, 2502 and 2507. Great rooms with great bay view. All rooms have floor to celing windows, one of ours had a "fake" balcony, not usable. All of my advance room requests were granted, so I would call rooms control at the hotel a few days ahead of checkin and tell them you'd like a balcony.

To better your chances of a balcony, you should book a bayview. There are only a few if any garden view rooms with balconies.
