so my sister arrives with the family at PBH tomorrow and her son's doctor just put him on medication that has to be refridgerated. does the hotel still provide a fridge free of charge in this instance or empty the mini bar fridge or what? just trying to let her know what to expect.

Have her explain the medication situation. The fridge should be free.

have your sister call before they leave on the trip and talk to someone in the hotel.
tell them you need to reserve a fridge for medical reasons.

the hotels have a limited number of fridges on a first come first serve basis.


some years back, you would call star services from your hotel room for the fridge.
now i believe they can be reserved in advance.

the fridge rental fee is waived due to medical needs.
