Portofino Bay Email address?

Hi all

Does anyone have an email address to contact portofino bay? I sent them an email through the loews website a few days ago asking to make sure my reservation is not in the "per-friendly" section, and haven't heard anything back.

We are in South Africa so emailing is much easier - and cheaper! - than phoning
