UO reservations just told me that PBH deluxe rooms no longer have a pull out sofa and that only HRH have a few rooms with pull outs. She said this is a recent change. Loews website still states most rooms with 2 queens have a pull out sofa. Can anyone confirm whether or not the pull out sofas have been removed?

do as damo said.

the hotel would have the updated, current info.
they know what is available in their hotel.

those TM's doing the check in for guests are quite aware of the room set ups.

the TM's at reservations don't have all the info on specifics for the hotels.
there are not on site and can only read what info they have to you or ask a supervisor.

they will help you but what if their info is outdated, or a recent change has occured that they do not have the update on.....

they don't mean to give out inaccurate info but if their information has been changed, they could be unaware of it.

Called front desk at PBH. He confirmed no more pull out sofas in any rooms in resort since the recent renovations. Rollaway beds are available at $25 per night. The rollaway is probably much more comfortable than the pull out but the pull out was free. It won't be an issue if a suite is available at check in with my Loews gold membership. Dang, I miss my platinum membership. This is my first year without it for at least 5 or 6 years.

rats.........that's not the news you wanted to hear.

why not bring an aero bed that you can blow up with a pump?

we have a couple for camping and they would work fine for someone that sleeps on the floor.

star service, if you call them, will bring linens, pillows, etc to your room.
you can make a pallet on the floor with blankets, have the air mattress on top and sleep easy.
just store the mattress on the bed when you leave the room and gone during the day.

"We recently renovated our guest rooms and suites in the hotel. This project has enhanced our guest rooms with a completely new design that evokes the ultimate luxury experience. However, with this renovation it means that we do not have any sofa beds in the rooms anymore."

I second this.
