Portion Sizes: Lunch vs. Dinner

I'm trying to decide whether I want to do lunch or dinner at some locations, including Le Cellier and 50's Prime Time. I noticed that the price for the same menu item goes up quite drastically for dinner (LC's filet mignon is $35.99 at dinner vs. $26.99). I don't really care about price since I'm on the DDP, but is the portion size any different or does the price just go up because the sun is setting?

We've had the filet mignon at Le Cellier for both lunch and dinner and the lunch portion was smaller. I believe it was 5 oz at lunch vs 8 oz at dinner.

We're really down to just a few TS that we like. I can tell you the portions for the meals we get at Sce-Fi and Rose & Crown seem identical at lunch and dinner.

Happy eating.

:)

If you are on the DP lunch is 1 TS and dinner is 2TS.
I would rather save a TS and have luch vs dinner.

With the pretzel bread and soup the lunch filet at Lecellier was plenty for me.
It left room to split dessert. You will have a whole dessert to eat on the DDP, I think.
At 50's the fried chicken dinner (very good) is a half chicken (lunch and dinner).

There are size differences, but unless you are feeding a teenaged boy in his bottomless pit stage of development, the lunch serving is perfect. You get full without getting stuffed.
