Portion sizes in WDW?

I apologize in advance if this question has been asked many times before! So here goes:

Are the portion sizes in WDW restaurants (park and resort) generally the same size (i.e. large enough to share)? Of course it's a given that places like V&A's and CG don't serve gigantic meals, but what about the more casual places? I try not to eat too much, and I hate seeing food go to waste, so it would be nice if I could generally count on getting an appetizer and just sharing an entree with my boyfriend...

We have always found the portions to be quite large - in fact, we usually do share! (Sometimes, we even order kids meals!) I think ordering an appetizer and sharing the entree will be more than enough for the two of you!

We have always found the portion sizes large enough to share between two adults and you still come away feeling stuffed.
