The double portholes on the bottom are deck 1 ocean view staterooms, the middle ones are staterooms on deck 2, and the ones above those are deck 3 which are public spaces. The porthole for the ocean view staterooms on deck 9 are the same size as those on deck 2. If the portholes on the forward or aft are smaller, the difference is very negligible. Have stayed in an ocean view room (midship and forward) on all decks except deck 1. I’ve even stayed in my daughter’s cabin. She is currently a crew member and her porthole is below the ones pictured here. Hope this helps
