Is decaffeinated tea an option on the refillable bar? We do not drink soda, trying to figure ahead of time if it's worth getting the mugs for 5 days.

Lol! Yeah, we've gotten to the point we don't even notice them hanging by the strap from our wrists. Of course, we don't bother if it's not going to rain a lot, then we just duck into a building until it stops.

I wouldn't be as concerned if next weeks forecast was a bit warmer, but 60s and being wet doesn't quite appeal! Bummer hope it changes!

Does anyone know if Fultons is carrying the custom magic bands. We are looking for Elsa and the new Castle (just released)?

If not we will take the boat to DTD. Arriving in 7 days woot! Can't wait!!

We are 21 days out and we can't wait to see the Royal Room, Dine at Boatwright's and take the boat to DTD! This will be our first trip to POR and we are really lookinf forward to it. It's just my husband and I and I am as excited about the Royal Room as anything else - it just seems to be so Disney, it seems a little silly that I am so excited, but I have found that it is gret fun to let your inner child come out at WDW.

I am fairly certain that you can find an umbrella that is small enough to fit in a fanny pack

Which reminds me.......I totally forgot about the instant flash rainstorms that pop out of nowhere.....note to self.....pack super small umbrella.

You will love Riverside, or as I like to call it, Dixie Landings (its original name). The resort grounds are in my opinion the prettiest and most serene of any Disney resort hotel. Even prettier at night with all of the little lights. Enjoy!

Probably my last time to be on the computer for awhile as we are leaving TOMORROW to spend the night in Detroit before flying to Disneyworld on Wednesday with extended family. So tonight I can say, like the old TV commercial..."I'm too excited to sleep!"

Really looking forward to being back at Port Orleans for 8 nights with our family. The only request our DD made was that we could get 3 rooms side-by-side, don't know if it'll happen or not, we'll see.

Port Orleans is such a beautiful resort. I'm looking forward to taking walks around the resort (and check out the French Quarter this time too), and definitely a horse and carriage ride this time with DH. Hope to catch Yee Ha Bob's show this time too.

Our dining reservations and fast passes are all set, but looks like the weather might be a little on the cooler side (60's) but we're coming from Michigan so it will seem warm to us.

Looking forward to seeing Disneyworld new and fresh through our grandchildren's eyes, as this will be their first visit (ages 6 and 9 ).

Great pics! I'll be walking over this bridge in 2 days here in S. Fla now. Arrived Saturday after flight delays, & luggage not making it to connecting flight. Good thing I pack a change of clothes in carry on.

Love the Acadian pic! We stayed there twice. One of my fav locations! Maybe we'll get lucky again!

There are MBs for sale, I looked tonight but didn't see any Frozen. I just bought the little stickers & covered my band & glittered it to have Olaf on it. I have 10 diff bands so I figured I could play around with some. Have a great trip.

In case it impacts anyone's winter evening plans by the way, the current opening hours of the Ol' Man Island feature swimming pool (which includes the hot hub) are 10am-8pm due to the cooler time of year.

You can still use the quiet pools outside of those hours, but although the water is heated it might be rather chilly getting back to your room afterwards!
