What is the best way to let them know of a medical need for a fridge? We did a package through rundisney so I called them for paying off the package and so on; do I need to call them specifically? Main Disney number? Just do it in the fax in a couple days?

I got two letters from Disney today too! I got the no refrigerator letter (boo) and the official invitation to participate with MyMagic+, Fastpass + and MagicBands (yay!!). The invitation came in a flat 9x12 envelope with Mickey excited because Pluto is bringing him mail. Very cute.

I was able to book BOG for lunch for our trip Nov 2-9 a few days ago, and last night was able to customize our Magic Bands, as well as having FP+ open for us!!!


I am not really impressed with the FP+ process because even if you really only want one or two passes for a certain day/park, the system forces 3 on you.
Since this is our first adults only trip, DH and I plan of a nice relaxing laid back back approach and do not want to be scheduled out the wazoo.
It seems unfair to have to hold extra fastpasses that I don't want, when someone else who really wants them could be utilizing those spots.

We have been here for 8 days with four people and this has not been our experience. It will give you a suggestion or recommendation but never forces us to chose three if we only want 1-2.

The one thing I have found I LOVED about the FP+ happened today. We had FP+ for Test Track at 6 PM today. At 10:22 AM we received an email that said Test Track was down and to mitigate our inconvenience they were giving us a free FP+. It was to a list of rides (basically everything except Soarin, including Mission Space) that we did not have to plan, we could just walk up to any FP line. It went on to say that if Test Track came back up during the day we could get both the free any time FP and still use the one we had for TT.

It doesn't do any harm to do both; call in advance and get it noted on your reservation, and send a brief reminder fax a few days before arrival.

Here now sitting @ boatwrights ... just wanted to let everybody know there is a slow cooked braised short rib on the menu....waitress said it was new as of today?! It was Soooo gd!

They have removed the Salmon Salad from the menu to make room for the new items. A few items have gone up by a dollar or two, but mostly the prices have stayed the same.

Can you do online check in for multiple linked rooms, or must you make an online profile for a guest staying in each room?

Not sure exactly what your situation is, we had 2 rooms under 1 reservation number and did online check in just once. If you are talking online profile for FP+, given that our res # was the same I was able to easily select our whole party into "friends and family" even before online checkin was open (or FP+ for that matter). Hope that helps.

I booked 3 rooms with the same credit card but with different adult names in each room. I received 3 different reservation numbers. I'm asking only about online check in, not FP+ (I was able to do those just fine).

I had to use mydisneyreservation.com rather than my Disney Experience. Could never get MDE to work. Only thing is that I could not enter ANY requests, so I will be relying on the fax.

I am on the dining plan- if I go into riverside mill to eat and want to order a large cheese pizza (not for delivery) does this count as a CS credit and if yes how many? And do you get anything else with it - dessert? Thanks

The very large pizza (which is enough to share) counts as two CS credits, but you do get your two drinks and two desserts with it.

The hair dryers are not terribly high powered. I bring my own from home.

My MB box was inside a normal shipping box; yours wasn't? Or there was a top of the shipping box?

There was nothing but our MB box...no name or address on it. Thinking the box got damaged and they removed the MB box from the shipping box.
