Port Orleans Riverside Elevators?

I recently booked Royal Guest Rooms at this hotel. I'm a senior citizen and climbing stairs would be difficult. Do they have elevators on the ground floor or will I have to climb the outside stairs to reach an elevator. I'm wondering if I need to make a special request. Thanks-

Any building that has an elevator is going to have one that goes all the way to the ground floor I am sure. You will be in the "Magnolia Bend" section of the resort.

Although stranger things have happened, I can't imagine them not going all the way down.

The buildings with elevators start the ground floor. I would imagine all buildings will have an elevator that go to the ground floor...

Just came back - yes there are elevators, make sure you request a room near an elevator - there can be some fairly long walks within the Magnolia Bend buildings.

I always request a ground floor room because there is often a lot of extra walking to get to/from the elevator.
