We were there at the same time! We were in building 3. We had a great time and just love POFQ. Thanks for the pix. I know when you took the foggy ones--Sunday Dec 17. We left that morning-driving-and it was a challenge just to get off WDW property. That fog was something else! Glad you had a great trip!

Wow! What beautiful pictures! We were planning on staying at Riverside but now I may have just changed my mind! That looks like a beautiful resort. If I can get past the Jesters, I have issues with clowns and jesters thanks to my big sis, that is. How many Jesters are there anyway?

I had that same location in November, but one floor up, 5302! I have that same picture of the arch in front of the hot tub, I loved the location, zipping right to go down the stair case to the food court! I am glad you enjoyed your trip. Happy Holidays!

We stayed there are very first trip in 1999 and I had forgotten how beautiful it is. We would like to stay at a moderate on our next trip and I think after seeing your pictures we should choose POFQ again!

Thanks for posting all those great pics! We will be going in February and DH is really nervous about going from Deluxe to Moderate... will we be dissapointed?

Should we request building 5 or something else... want something close to the bus stop!

We requested Building 1, and we paid for water view, so we're hoping to get a nice quiet room in the corner of the resort overlooking the river.

Thanks for all the pictures, I can't believe we'll be there in a week! (It's our first time at WDW, coming from California).

Does anyone think it's worth it to fax in another building request in a few days or just leave it at the request I made when we made the reservations in August?

Random question i know- but my dad is convinced that once you park your car at the resort you're never meant to see it again! How far away are the car parks from the rooms? We would hope to toddle off to offsite restaurants in the evenings and don't want it to be an effort. Thanks

Nothing is far at this resort. we easily got to and from our car every day. You will love it there..

It was wonderful to look at these pictures again! I posted earlier that I was going to WDW with my son and his family and that I thought I would let them stay at the ASMu and I would return to POFQ! We did stay at the ASMu Calypso as a group, and while it was alot different from what I thought it would be and I liked it, I kept thinking about POFQ!

So, I am planning another trip this August with my DGDs and there is no decision to make - We are going back to POFQ! My DGDs have seen our pictures from previous trips and they cannot wait to get to "my favorite resort".

Thanks for all the pictures! It will be good to be back "home" again!!
