Port or starboard for 7 day Western?

Which side has the better views of the ports? I think starboard is the side for CC, but what about the others?

IMHO...they are equally good!!

I think it depends on what you want to see. We were starboard and had a great view of Key West but could not see the sunset from our verandah. We had no view of the harbors in Cozumel or Grand Cayman but a great view of Castaway Cay only because we backed in.

In the old days there was a saying, Port Out, Starbord Home. This was shortened to POSH for the best accomidations on a ship. I believe this still holds true ,ask for port sidefor the best views. Of course if the ship backs in all bets are off......TAZ
