Port/Luggage

So we are traveling into Orlando Friday the 31st for our 4th cruise, comming from the west coast we booked the air through Disney for the "free" stay the night before at the airport Hyatt, we have all of the transfer for the transportation.
My questions is this, we are renting a car to go to the Mickeys not so scarry Halloween party that night at WDW, and have decided to keep the car and drive ourselves to the port the next day, and do some things on the way.
I am curious if they will still take the luggage, as through we were taking the bus? I dont really see any reason they wouldnt but I would liek to make sure before we leave the luggage in the hallway for them and then not have it when we get to the ship.

You're paying for transfers, but you're taking your rental car to the port instead? If so, they should transport your luggage. My question... do you really want to pay that much for luggage transport? Since you're renting a car, you could drop the transfers for that portion of your trip and save some big bucks.
