Port Canaveral-Universal-MCO Airport(time?)

After our Disney Wonder cruise we are considering driving to Universal to have lunch at Emerils and walk around, and then drive to the airport for our 4:00 flight.
Does this seem possible?
We have no idea how far universal would be from Port Canaveral or from the airport?
Please give me your input, and how long the drives(s) would be to our destinations !

You can surely do this with good planning. If you aim to leave the ship as early as you can (we left before 8am - didn't eat in the dining room. We ate at BBB, and left the ship around 7:50am), it is about 1 1/2 hours to US (assuming you'll run into traffic. Will it be a weekday or weekend?). If you can get there by 10, you can stay until around 1pm. The drive to MCO will take around 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Drop off the car and you should be able to be at the airport around 2 hours before your flight. And if you are able to, print out your boarding passes on the ship. Good luck?
