Port Adventures in Nassau for larger sized guests

Hi there! I have a friend of mine who is booked for a Disney Dream to Nassau and Castaway. She really wants to do a Dolphin excursion, but backed out because of having to wear a wet suit. Are there options for larger guests that I can steer her to?

They have wetsuits that will fit 300 pounds. You can also opt out of wearing a wetsuit.

We did the dolphin ENCOUNTER, not the swim, and you didn't need to wear a wet suit for that and it was so fun! You stand in about 3 feet of water to interact with the dolphins. Most people wear swim suits but I can't see any reason why your friend couldn't keep her cover up or a T-shirt on for the experience. She'd get wet, since they have you kneel down at one point, getting about chest high in the water, and the dolphins splash and such...but if she doesn't mind a wet cover up, she'd be fine! My husband kept his t-shirt on the entire time.

If your friend is interested in animal interactions I would highly recommend the Stingray Adventure on Castaway Cay! You get to feed the stingrays and have the option of snorkeling with them. I just did this port adventure a few weeks ago and the majority of the people chose to just walk around in the water with the stingrays. There's nothing special you have to wear and there is definitely the opportunity to make the port adventure into whatever fits you and your friends and family (i.e. some just fed the stingrays and then left, some snorkeled with them, some just walked around with them, etc).
