POR - Which "mansion" is preferred?

HI, I see from the map that there are four "mansions" - Acadian House, Magnolia Terrace, Oak Bend and Parterre Place. Which in everyone's humble opinion is the preferred "mansion"? Thanks for your replies in advance

I've stayed in Paterre Place and really like it. I think Magnolia Terrace is considered by most to be the best location.

Oak Bend is beside Magnolia but used to be a smoking optional mansion so it was always out for us.

I just booked POR this weekend. We've stayed at POFQ. For some reason, Disney was offering discounts to guests who wanted to stay at a moderate resort and would pick POR.

I went through the entire POR FAQ here (112 pages) doing research and the concensus was.

Parterre Place or Magnolia Terrace.
