Before 8:30 be at the bus platform. Take a Magic Kingdom bus. At MK transfer to a boat for Wilderness Lodge.

get to MK by 900 to 915 and grab the boat to Wilderness Lodge dock is right outside the gate to MK. this allows enough time to wait boat if it is leaving as you arrive

Best way? Taxi. Saves you about an hour of time too. Disney suggests you allow 90 minutes to make it to your ADR using their transportation. With a taxi you just need to hop in 30 minutes before your ADR and you will be fine.
