POR to the Dolphin for rental car?

What would be the easiest way for one person to get to the Dolphin from POR at 10am to pick up a rental car? The rest of us will stay behind at the resort so no luggage or anything will be transported!Thanks for any help.

Fastest? Taxi

Cheapest? Bus to DHS and walk or ferry to Dolphin.

Another option would be to rent at car care center instead... They send a free shuttle to POR for you!

OHhh.. I didn't know that! I was wondering how you got to the car care center as the prices were the same for both locations! Thanks for that info
