POR to POP - Easiest Way?

We are staying at POR for one night 2/19 and then transferring to POP for 9 nights. What is the easiest way to get over there? This is our first on site stay and we are so excited. We have three small children and want to make the transfer as easy as possible. TIA!

The easiest way would be to take a taxi from POR to POP. It's not more than a 5-10 minute ride (depending on the traffic lights) and shouldn't be more than $10.

If you want to use Disney Transportation, then you can ask the Bell Desk to transfer your luggage. You then would take a resort bus to DTD, then transfer from there to another bus to POP. There are no direct buses that service resort to resort.

We just may do the cab thing... Out of curiosity, how long would it take to transfer to DTD & then POP? I'm sure there are different factors, but has anyone done this and could give me a time estimate?
