POR to AKL & Poly...should we drive?

We are staying at POR and have dinner ressies one night at Boma, and another at Ohana...are we better off to drive our car, or should we take Disney transportation?

If you recommend the latter, what is the easiest way to get to these restaurants from POR?

WDW transportation does not travel resort-to-resort. If you use WDW transportation, best thing is to transfer at a park.

For AKL, that would probably be Animal Kingdom, but any of the parks would work. For the Poly, I would take the bus to either the MK or Epcot, and then take the monorail to get to the Poly.

Another option -- take the boat to DTD and then bus to either resort.

agreed - i would definitely drive if i had a car. it can take almost an hour to get from resort-to-resort using disney transport!

Since you have a car, I'd say drive.

Taking WDW transportation, you're at the mercy of the buses and the boats, and have to hope timing is just right (and hope that the bus pulling away as you're approaching isn't the one you needed).
