POR refurbishment

When did they refurbish POR? We stayed there in 96 and loved it! We actually just upgraded to POR from POP and can't wait to go back. I would like a Mansion room this time as we had the AB room last time. Are they much better?

We just got back from POR AB section and the rooms were lovely! The bedspreads were bright and colorful and the beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever encountered at a hotel. They even rivaled my own matress. I don't know about the Mansions refurb, but the AB section, I loved!
