POR Recreation Activities

I'm curious if the recreation activities at POR are typically scheduled around the same time all year. We will be there in September, but with only able to view the current month on this site http://www.portorleans.org/recreation-activites-schedule.php, I wanted to get an idea how to plan our evenings on our 'relax' days at the resort.

We are interested mostly in the campfires (for March it's listed for 6:30pm), movies under the stars (listed at 8pm for March).

So, then my new question would be, could this be the same for Sept 2012?

Some activities change based on the weather, for obvious reasons. Since there is no way to anticipate what the weather will be like in September, it is best to wait until the activities are announced for that month and plan accordingly for packing.

Things may or may not change but it doesn't hurt to take a look and see what you might have available to you. Keep in mind in the morning you can go fishing, or even rent a little boat to go around in. Another activity in the evening that might be nice is to take the boat to DTD. If you don't actually feel like going to DTD, you can just take it back. It's such a nice ride though since youre going past other resorts, through trees and ending up with a really nice view of DTD.

Yehaa Bob of course is a must at POR. Yehaa Bob does have website with a calender of times at POR. We also love getting up early walking over to POFQ right before the food court opens and getting the first biegnets of the day.
