Yes AB is the only preferred rooms at POR.

no the water views are preferred. so you can get the mansions also.

To me this view isn't worth the extra price.

Per the POR thread - "Preferred Location guarantees you a room fairly close to the main building and bus stop, located ONLY in Alligator Bayou lodges 14, 15, 18 and 27."

sorry - you are correct.

since the water view and preferred are the same price - assumed they would be called the same thing. they are not.

Yes, and when we stayed at POR we were in I think bldg 85, anyway we had to truck across a bridge and through Ol Man Island to get to the main bldg. We loved POR but would stay in a preferred room if staying there again.
