POR or CBR? Help!

I know there are many similar threads but I have yet to find one that totally made up my mind.

Me and my sister just booked a very spontaneous trip for 3/13/12-3/17/12 at the POR. It will be our first stay at a moderate and before booking we had our minds made up for CBR because the photos on the wdw website looked really great and we just liked the theme for this time of year. But my sister did some research on CBR and says that people compare it to a cheap motel and that it's rundown and the least popular moderate and that the POR is the best moderate. Since we were so rushed on time I went ahead and booked the POR even though the style and theme of the resort doesn't really appeal to me, we live in the south about 2 hours away from New Orleans so none of the POR photos really excite me.

I think there's still a possibility for us to switch over to the CBR if we decide to. We're 19 and 17 and it will be Spring break for us so I definitely think the CBR's theme goes along with the time we're going but if it really is a lesser resort than the POR i'm not going to switch over. Thoughts?

Have stayed @ Caribbean Beach a few times before and really enjoy it. We love the Caribbean feel, music, landscaping, beaches, and the main pool area is really nice. Its a pirate themed pool with cannons, water slides and two hot tubs.
The rooms have always been clean and kept clean during our stays. They are themed after finding nemo.

We went to CBR in 2011 Sept 25-Oct 1. We surprised our 3 year old for his birthday. He LOVED it especially because of the water park for kids, and slides in the main pool. The main cons for us as a family were the bus rides. We came back to the hotel for naps/pool time which meant a total of 80 minutes on buses each day. We are staying at the Poly this year for monorail access and closer overall access. I think for a moderate resort CBR is good.
