POR help. What to book?

I think I have narrowed where I wanna stay down to POR again. But how do I garauntee a mansion building? And waht rooms were available for October FDIng this year? We arent going until Oct 2014 but I reall dont like the Alligator Bayou section.

Only way to "Guarantee" a Mansion Building is to get a Royal Room. As no rooms are really Guaranteed, but these rooms are all in the Mansions. If you have less than 5 in the room this is possible. Also when you make your reservations give them a building name like Oak Manor etc and upper floor. We stayed in River view room April 2013 and it was wonderful.

Was free dining offered in the royal rooms this year? We stayed in Oak Manor our first stay at POR. Our second was in Parterre Place in a RR. I love the location to the main building and the South Depot
