POR Best Rate Question

We have 3 adults and 2 children and have already booked at POR for December and were waiting for AP codes, then the Best Rate thing happened. Now the problem is when I go to the site to book and put in the 3 adults and 2 children I get no rooms found at POR even though it says maximum capacity 5. If I switch to 2 adults and 2 children I get a room at the discounted price. So I have the following questions, I figured I would ask here before calling.

1. Are none of the rooms with the trundle bed discounted?
2. Can I book it for the 2 adults and 2 children then call and add the 3rd adult and request the trundle bed room?
3. Should I just hold on to what I have and hope there are AP codes and rooms available.

Just book it 2 adult and 2 children. I dont think the mouse will go broke if you dont inform them of that extra adult.

This has been thought of and will probably generate some replies, but I still need to make sure I get a trundle bed and a key.

Im not the most honest person in regards to making reservations at hotels. I generally tell the reservation system about 2 adults, I almost always travel 4 adults & 1 child. We stayed this way at ASMo last december and had no issue getting extra room keys. YMMV but good luck and enjoy your trip.

You should be able to make the reservation and then call CRO to have the third person added.
