POR and POFQ busses

I am trying to choose between these two resorts (CS not avail) and want to know which hotel gets picked up last in the moring and is dropped off first in the evening. Anyone know????

They are not always combined... I was just there last week (POR... it was great), but can't remember which parks they share a bus for and which ones they didn't. That said, when combined, POFQ was dropped off first... but its only a difference of about 2 minutes. POFQ has 1 stop, POR has 3 (Main, East Depot, West Depot).

When we stayed at POR ( granted it was a few years ago and during April vacation), the bus always stoped at POFQ first. Both coming and going. This meant that on the way to the parks the bus was often standing room only once it got to POR. And if you weren't at the main POR stop, you were never going to get a seat. The transportation from POR makes it so I would never stay there again.

We found that DEFINITELY NOT to be the case last week... and it was a busy week, between GD, Star Wars, and summer crowds. (And FQ was not always first... not sure what their rhyme or reason was...)

Last year what BrentAlex said was very true. My stays at POFQ were great -quick service and always a seat except for a couple park closings, but at POR my closest stop was the last one. They skipped it several times in the morning which meant long(40 minute waits) and I never got a seat in the morning. If you go POR, get a room near the first stop and you will be ok. WHen I was at POFQ we always made that stop at POR, but frequently missed the other 2 due to a full bus in the early morning.

Buses seemed to be split by esort later in the day and at park closings.

So which stop at Riverside is the first one? My sister and I are staying there in July for a 5 day spontaneously booked trip and we were likely spoiled last week at OKW because the busses were never full when we were on them and we even often had our own private bus. Does it get better later in the morning as we will definitely not be doing EMH and probably won't get moving until between 10-11?

Fam of 5 so think we'll be staying in Alligator Bayou section. Where are the bus stops from there? Would you recommend going to main stop? Would you recommend requesting certain bldg(s)?

POFQ always gets picked up first and dropped off first.

FQ is always first. If there are two busses for one park at FQ, which happened quite a few times, one bus would take those of us from FQ to the park and the other bus would head to Riverside.

We always stay at FQ and this is always the way it happens.

Sometimes those busses may go back to FQ when other busses are not in route back yet, but that is the routine. Saw it all week last week and each of the previous times we have stayed.
