Honeyyyy we're home!!!

Had a fabulous time at the sale and got loads of stuff, but didn't spend a fortune! We really had a blast andw ill look forward to doing this again next year! I liked seeing all the hotels in the area and we are definately doing the big Marriott next year so the boys can stay there while Autumn and I hit the sale Gabriel was a bit rambunctious today We went again today to get some last minute stuff. It really helps that we didn't want anything in particular AND that we had plenty of time to break it up into 2 days.

I will have to say that there were ALOT of rude shoppers there though. I was a little put off by the sunday crowd

Chris great news about all your stuff and can't wait to see that movie!

I can't take it slow. I'm up to page 321. I'm totally obsessed when I'm reading the book. Like right now, I think I'm missing some stuff that the trio is doing while I'm posting. I don't think it'll be the end...I know it'll be the end in the series, but Rowling can't just stop writing, and maybe there'll be a spinoff.

Oh you are good! One of my freinds is reading it right now and she told me to get my stuff in gear so we can talk about it! I have always held out hope she would continue the HP saga. A spin off could be good. I dunno, I want my Harry, Ron and Her-my-o-knee and I can't imagine books without them. *sigh*

Hi gang,
Whats doing? It's late, but i am awake. So i have to work tomorrow, but it's overtime so its alright. It nyc wants to pay me time and a half to sit at the fire house, then so be it. I have been so thirsty today, i drank so much water. I wondered what was wrong with me, cause i never get that thirsty, then it hit me. At work yesterday it was so busy and i bearly touched a bottle of gatorade, that i must have been so dehydrated. Ok, all i'm gonna run and do some things. I will check in tomorrow.

Morning all - Happy Monday - BLAH NOT!

Today I've got to ship off the first round of ebay stuff - After all 40 things closed, I ended up with $367 !!!!! No one bid on the custom scrap book...I may try it one more time to see if I can get a nibble - it had a couple of watchers...so maybe.

Emptied the piggy yesterday taking the change to the bank today - this is the most we've ever had...so we'll see.

dh isn't 100% against the trip anymore....he kinda sees my point about Casey being 13 and it being one of our last off peak trips because of hs. Plus I've been extra "nice" to him lately - why is it that "that" always seems to put him in a better, more agreeable mood!!!! & he doesn't even realize it! ok ok I know TMI for you

Today is post office, laundry, walmart for some last minute things..

We leave on Thursday...but you know I'll be DIS'ing at least some....I'm not even gonna say I won't anymore.....even if all I do it pop in here to check on you guys...I know I'll did! must be

I took grace & a friend to Kiddieland in Chicago yesterday....it's such a fun little place...& I remember going there when I was a kid, so it's a lot of fun for me to take her there!!! Casey went golfing with Mike.

Gotta start looking at those school supplies too !!!!

We're gonna have a High School Musicak 2 release party on August 17th. Thought that would be fun for the girls to each invite a few friends & watch it on the 60" tv.

We're going to CT & NY...Mike's cousin is getting married on Saturday..So we're spending 3 nights in Mystic CT, and then 9 at his parents on Long Island. Nothing really spectacular...we've pretty much done everything on Long Island we want to do...done most of the stuff in Manhattan too...I might take the girls to Coney Island this year...but we've done the Bronx Zoo, Liberty/Ellis Island, The village...Thought about taking the girls to see a broadway show but HOLY COW! Those tickets are unbelievable!!!! I'll wait for the shows to make it to Chicago thank you So that's about it...


& yea I was excited about the ebay amounts...but really...i'm not sure I can figure out a way to make that much more than a few times. So, I'm still working on it...I only need another $700...I have enough to pay off the trip and pay most of the airfare....so I'm still working on it

No one bid on the custom scrap book...I may try it one more time to see if I can get a nibble - it had a couple of watchers...so maybe.

Good luck with that! You should def. try one more time. Beware of relying on watchers though, alot of them are people that want to do the same thing and are just checking to see what it will sell for before spending their own money to list (i'm also guilty of doing this! haha but i read about it on the EBAY forums).

I haven't listed anything this week, i'm being so lazy.

Okay, Disney hasn't released the 2008 rates yet and so you still cannot check prices online. So, can I go ahead and book for 2008? Or do I have to wait? I want to do a package w/ DDP. From our date we have picked out, it is only about 19 days til I can make our ADRs, but I want to have our resort ressie so I feel sure about the dates.

What do I do?

Rumor has it that it's end of July. You can only book right now if you are on the DCL. We have actually contemplated the cruise just to book! We're waiting on the dates too and it's aggravating. I have not called at all in the past 2 weeks though, so you could give it a try

Call and see what they have to say. If they let you book, let us know!
