Yes L&T are 50s and if you ask to be by them that is an AWESOME location too! we were there in that section before our wedding in 2004!!

woohoo!! thanks for that! we are leaving GLendale Heights (DHs work) at 4pm and looking to stop every 3hrs or so (we will have a then 9month old and 20 month old). someone suggested we go to the McDonald's website and print out directions there with Mcdonald's play places (so the kids can stop on the way and let loose!!).

We've never driven further than Detroit and we have no clue how to get there!!! so looks like we will do that and a combo of MapQuest!!

My husband is flying down Sept.30 to get us checked in and we will meet him there. He'll drive back with us the following Saturday. It's kind of a crazy way to do it, but I can't leave until Friday and the deadline for the free dining is Sept.30, so he's going to fly so we''re checked in by the deadline. We need our car because we have a home 3 hours south of WDW that we have to check on while down there. The drive is a long one, but fairly easy if you don't hit any major traffic jams. There's lots of rest stops with clean bathrooms.
