Well I kind of have! I put some clothes and toiletries in a pile. I will probably lug out the suitcase in about a month. If it wasn't filled with other bags I would lug it out sooner!

I haven't started for the trip yet because I'm moving three weeks before, and having some minor surgery next week. Or maybe I have started packing, I'm just packing everything I own! I thought about packing my vacation clothing in a suitcase and moving it that way, but I'm afraid it will get stuck away in my new basement and I'll never see my swimsuit again!

However, I have made the final payment, I've printed out all of my ADR's with their #'s and put them in my "vacation binder", I have my airline information in the binder, too, along with the dates and times of our DIS meets just in case I can make more than just the 9/30 meet.

I have started packing our box we are shipping down with all the baby supplies, and probably lots more with all the new airline restrictions! Not complaining, better safe than sorry!

does anyone know what the restrictions are now at the airports. CAn you just check in the items instead?? Yes I have started put things some bags that are just for the trip. But I get too excited so I make myself wait a couple days before we go to pack.

No liqids or gels in the carryons, they can STILL be checked

I hate hate hate to have to post this but I am cutting my trip short ( may have to cancel the whole thing)

Before I call and cancel, does anyone want/need a seat for dinner on Sat 10/7? I have a 6pm at LeCellier for 4 people.
Also looking to cancel Coral Reef at 5:30pm on Fri. 10/6;also 4 people

PM me if anyone is interested in grabbing these spots. I have plans for my entire trip 9/30 thru 10/8 ( soon to be until 10/5) I can post the rest if anyone is interested in my other dinner reservations during that time.

I did the stupidest thing earlier!!! I saw a Ding for my flight from MCO to HOU and cancelled my flight to try to get the Ding fare..... well it was for flights ending Sept 30 not Oct 2!!! I didn't read! I quickly rebooked my return flight, thankfully I got the same price I payed before. I am so happy everything is fixed now. The morale of the story is READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

And I got all the toiletries that I needed today! I know I said that I was going to get them in about a month but I just decided to get them now. I have almost everything I need now!

I have thought about starting to pack but will give it another 2 weeks I think. I will at least start making a pile or bag when I think of something that needs to go.
