ANTSSS!!!

Wonderful !LOLOLOLOL!! That is so freaking funny.

ANd we've all been tense at work too - it's been a nightmare.


ABLATION UPDATE - you know, in 2 days it will be 2 weeks, and I had stopped bleeding and it was kinda mucus-ey.... I'm bleeding again today but nothing even comparable to before BUT (my complaint, thus far)

Serious CRAMPS! I mean, I got cramps before, but these are different and *deep*. And just BAD! So, everytime it cramps up (and it's an odd cramp, like it comes and goes....contractioney...not like a steady cramps...)so when it cramps up, it's rough and really painful - and I think "Ummm, okay - Ill finally be done with my period in what, 20 years?!? my 50's?? (my mom still got hers until age 50 and finally had a hysterectomy)"

This sucks - I dont wanna end up having to have a hyster but heck I went from bleeding like Niagra Falls - OFTEN, to having really bad cramps - OFTEN! WTH?!?! Its just not fair.

SO - unless i find a doctor willing to hook me up with narcotics all the time, if this goes on being crampy (and again, a weird crampy...I didnt cramp like this before, or this often? for no reason) Im going to have to think about the hyster.


OH and - Im puffy...my tummy is really bloated, and puffy feeling (and looking!)

I know - I know - its only been 2 weeks, but wth. Again, I just was really hoping for a miracle.

Yikes Cat I dont like pain either... but hyster ??? Thats what my GYN suggested... I know am not going to use what I have at all but to loose it is just plain depressing... and I just dont like to go throguh bone density testing early due to an enduced menopause

I mean, Im just talking outloud and heck it hasnt even been 2 weeks. I should chill and see how it goes. If I only get cramps during 'period time' then fine... but this has been odd, and non-consistant....but again, still healing.

I thought if they left your ovaries, then you wouldnt go into menopause?

OH AND ANOTHER THING...2 days after the surgery I was a whack job, for real. I was SO hormonal. I know it doesnt (or isnt supposed to) effect your hormones, but I WAS A MESS!! I cried and yelled and cried all day. ANd was just psychotic!!!

ANd I know - the losing of the girly body part sadness, I know! I felt sad even though I only burned my uterus up.

Like I said - it's not freaking fair. Why cant we just be 'normal'?

Well...no. But that's not what I meant! I meant its like a group of friends talking...I think it would be like eavesdropping if my mom came and started reading my posts here. Like she's read my trip reports and stuff, but that's different.

Another QUESTION OF THE DAY...
I was thinking about this on my way to Dillards.

I have Disney fever bad. To help things, I put a shot of the castle at night as my desktop image at work. So we were going to get APs for when we go in Sept. Since my parents are DVC people, we can get them for 350 a piece. So if we hop down say April 15th or so, we wouldn't be spending any more money for tix. Pop has a discount then, like $70 a night, so we can go for 4 nights for like $300 with tax. Then airfare, we'll get a ding of course, $90 total, so that'd be like $270. I'm okay with just packing a few boxes of cereal bars and a bunch of bananas (DD has had 3 in the last 24 hours and just asked for a 4th,) so we won't have to spend money on food. We can just bring our refillable mugs back (just kidding if you haven't caught the sarcasm yet). Anyway, minus food it'd be like $600. I so want to go. I so don't have $600.

We got the written offer today, did I say that yet? We need to pay for some inspections, but its a full price offer so that's fine.

DMM--you've inspired me to cook better. As I cooked my shake n bake chicken and my bag of sesame chicken rice, I grazed over and took a bite of DD's pre-dinner: leftover lunch of store-bought pasta salad. I thought, hey, this could be healthy and easy...so I"m off to get recipes!

dont worry about shipping ... we can go to Publix.. am renting an AVEO again... enough to get me around.... you can dine with me on the 15th the whole family... am doing BBQ at SSR by the pool the whole Sunday with my lime table cover.. lime apron .. like it would be my lemonade stand!!!

evening people i took a bitty nap and skipped dinner, was feeling bit lightheaded and then i thought i was having contractions, it was creeeepppy. We headed off to the hospital, but by the time we got there, i was 100% better, so it was just odd. I talked to the Dr. and he told me next time to just go into the hospital anyways and to call the office if it happens again

See this is why cooks.com doesn't work for me. I found a recipe for stuffed bell peppers and had to google "bell pepper" to see what they were. I mean I had red peppers for a snack today, but this 'bell pepper' I knew of not. Luckily wikipedia had pictures.

POOR Cat!!!! I am so sorry you aren't feeling that great. Give it some time and see what happens. It may take some time to "adjust"
