Okay, I just ordered a doll bunk bed off kbtoys.com for DD for christmas. She has a "just like you" american girl doll and she will get Jess from Santa. I hope the bunk bed looks okay. I am done with her shopping (I don't know if I mean it this time!). I still need to do DM and DMIL. And then that's it. Today I wrapped up candy for piano teacher, first grade teacher, and mail lady. I have DDad, DFIL done. We decided not to do nieces/nephew on DH's side( ). I already mailed my nephew's. Am I really about done? Wow.

Has everyone mailed out their Secret Santa gifts? I think the deadline was this week sometime. Don't worry if youhave not done it yet, I am just hoping everyone gets theirs before Christmas! I LOVE getting things in the mail other than bills. I did the ornament exchange on the exchange boards and it was so fun to see what was inside my package. I got a pickle ornament! And I bought my person one too. I think it will be a fun tradition to start. I think Michelle said the same thing!

Hey all - drowning in stuff to do here! But wanted to pop over & say hey

I'm mailing my SS gift tomorrow - I finally got the biggest part of it in the mail yesterday!

I'm also mailing my wine swap tomorrow!

Life has just been so hectice! I'm trying really hard to stick with the gym every day thing...but man there are so many other things I could be doing!

my dh is just an old scrooge! & doesn't understand why I need to do 'so much" for Christmas! poohead

I did get front row tickets for the girls to see Princess' on Ice at the AllState arena in january...I think that's they're stocking gift.

off to clean & do a load of laundry before the gym!

I hate B&BW - I dont know why, but I hate all their stuff.

Now Victoria's Secret has some great scents, I adore.... their whole Garden line is really nice. I like too many of them to even start mentioning them all .... Forbidden Fantasy is a particular favorite though.

And Yankee? Hmmm - I recently have fallen in LOVE with a holiday scent.... Holiday Sage. I love love love it!!! LOVE IT!!! Ummm - they have so many nice ones too.

See, Im a scent floozy. I love smells - and am not partial to any.

****Speaking of which - if anyone can get their little paws on a "Juicy Couture" sample, and is willing to send it to me, I'd be FOREVER grateful! FOREVER! Ill send you postage money and everything!!! I tried some in a tester bottle at the mall - fell in LOVE with it - then found out the price and And after having bought DKNY Be Delicious AND YSL Baby Doll for Christmas for myself, I didnt think Jimmy would go for another fragrance purchase - PLUS... I just couldnt justify it....

So, I asked the nose-in-the-air sales lady for a sample. You would have thought I asked for her first born child. She had the nerve to ask me if I was making a purchase!!! Then proceeded to tell me "No" I was seriously SHRUNK! I felt totally stupid.

So - Juicy Couture.... Ill be your BFF best-freind-forever for a sample.

Chris - Sorry your hubby doesn't understand the whole Christmas thing. To me December is just one of those months that will forever be busy and crazy. I chalk it up as one month out of the year.

I still have to buy my wine for the swap. Guess I better go get that done huh? I really want to treat myself to a bottle of champagne. I had some at Epcot that I LOVED LOVED LOVED! But I was not about to pay the price for it. Now I wish I would have. That was a funny day because I am not a drinker really at all. Maybe once every couple of months I might have ONE of something. But that day it was not even 11am yet and I was drinking margaritas and champagne! I figured that I was on vacation so what the heck.

I am stoked about my business! I have 4 parites planned through January 13th! Oh YEAH! I am glad to be getting this off of the ground.

I caught a mouse last night and because I am such a wimp I had to go ask my neighbor to get rid of it. Ryan cried. Which in turn made me feel like the wicked witch of the world. I explained to him it isn't like it was a pet. They are nasty and carry diseases so it had to be done. Ewww. I hate rodents.

Oh it smells so super delicious. Really, really nice! But I can never get samples! Im telling you, it's like pulling teeth!!! Theyre so freaking stingy. Then I come across auction after auction after auction on eBay selling.... samples!!! I wonder if the sales people are selling them on the side, hence STINGY!!!

I am in a state of shock. A great friend of the family and someone we known since i was about 2, well 2 nights ago they sat down to dinner and the husband complained of heartburn.He collapsed in the house and was rushed to a emergency room,where he was pronunced deceased. I Feel so bad for her,they have a son 18. I've known the whole family for more than 25 years ,they were so nice.I have to go to the wake in about a hour and i'm lost for words,what the heck do you say to somone who just lost thier husband?? It really makes you think about how quick life is. I feel so bad for her and her son, a few friends told me that they are not taking it so good,but who would? He was young only 49 and this had to happen 3 weeks before the holidays

That SUCKS! Im so sorry for you, and his family.

It is a huge big slap in the face when you finally realize how 'precious life is'. Its so corny and people say it all the time, but when you finally *get it* it's a freaking scary wake up call.

I never "got it" until my mom died in January. It's a sucky feeling. I liked being oblivious.

Like what i had said a few weeks ago - that odd realization that no matter what you do, youre going to die. You could pro-long it, but youre still going to die. It's a sucky feeling.

Im so sorry for your loss.
