Just kidding. I know that you were very sweet and kind the couple of times we saw you. TOO NICE!!!!

We all have those moments. (me more than others) You were just "caught" by DIS'ers. I get "caught" all the time!

Kind of OT- but... we were looking at buying another house, but the neighborhood was kind of crowded together because the house was on the ocean. My husband said we couldn't move there... because I would have to close all the windows and turned on the airconditioners before I started to yell at the kids because the neighbors were so close!!!! HAHAHA! Good thing all of my neighbors where we are now have kids, all close in age... we meet up outside when the kids are playing and say, I am surprised you didn't hear me yelling the other day....

(but I'm tellin' ya' those meds really do help! my daughter asks... mom, did you take your happy pills today?)

Ummmm YEAH, once I figured out they were actually there! Actually we took the stairs usually because our room was right there. But up 4 floors after being in the parks all day was a killer. I just told myself I was working off all of the DP calories!

I bet you she would love to do a star's tour homes ? She would probably croak if she saw anyone famous . I have been to Dinseyland before but have never done the whole "LA" thing. So Hollywood, Melrose, what are other ultrahip places to hang out in LA - anything at all to entertain a teenager

Staying offsite at DL isn't bad at all. We have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and it was literally right across the street frm Disneyland/CA. We had a 5 -10 minute walk across the street and we were literally in the park. The Anaheim area is NOTHING like Orlando. And Sea World still is doing the Military Salute. Go to Hero Salute dot Com You just register and take the print out to Sea World for yoour free tickets.

Lori, How long will he be gone??? Roomies?? Ohhhh now that could be fun. Wonder who would enjoy it more? The kids or us?
When we were younger we stayed at the DL hotel (the only one at the time). The older I got I always stayed at a "neighbor" hotel. I don't rememebr it ever being a problem. I'll continue to investigate!
Thanks for the reminder about Sea World. I am glad to know that promotion still exists! I wish Disney would pick up on that. Maybe not free, but a little bit of a perk would be GREAT!
Let me know when to start packing my bags ok? I am soooo ready to go back!

I was there the 29th (a little last though...about 10) and the 30th - and on the 30th, I met Beth....but no one else.

Hi all I'm home! We got home yesterday - I have so much to do here but I wanted to say WHAT THE HECK! How is it that I SAW NO ONE at POP! (other than DMM!) I WAS AT THE POOL ON 10/1 walking around with my LIME green shirt and LIME green MIckey heads & even walked up to a few people and asked them "are you on the Dis boards?" after they said "WHAAAATTTT???" WHERE were you guys???????????????

we had a great trip, although MAN was it ever HOT! NO dreams caught by us....(well we got a pin but that's it).

I have 7 copies of the Wishes soundtrack I was going to give you guys...so who wants one now? PM me your addy

on a side note....we were in room 7101 right next to Roger Rabbit - had baaadddddd housekeping...so bad I opened up my tip envies and spent the money on mickey bars!!! I decorated my window but didn't get a box passed on so didn't have an extension cord !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH I'm sure it was left for me, but I think the POP staff was bit overwhelmed!

I'll hopefully my writing my trippie this week !

We're planning on January '08 - I want it COOLER next time!

I didn't get to meet anyone either! The only disboard people I met were on the illuminations cruise my family was lucky enough to share with other DIS'ers. We were in the tramp building, rooms 3236 and 3232 - great rooms!

Did anyone else get stuck on Splash Mountain during the 10/5 halloween party? We got on at 8:50 and didn't get off until 9:45 p.m., missing the fireworks and we had to walk behind the scenes - we got some funny pix of it and they refunded us our party money since we missed the fireworks - great stuff!

I didn't see anyone either, I was at the pool around 10 pm on the 30th. I was chasing my DGD all around who only wanted to through all the balls in the pool.

We were in room 2341 and only one person signed my door. "Sylvia" (I am beginning to thnk it was the maid )

The 29th was our last night there so we were at the pools until about 10:00, but we were mostly at the kiddie pool and pop jets. However I did run into DMM, Nanu57,and there were a few other people with them. It was at the Hippy Dippy pool along the side by bldg 5 I think. My kids wouldn't let me stop and talk to long b/c they wanted to go to the pool

I got the COOLEST necklace from the Arribas Bros store in DTD on day one. You know those eternal ring necklaces? Theyre a circle of diamonds? Well, I got a Mickey shape of crystals! I have a pic of it somewhere - Ill post later.....

Ummmm.... I got that black tank top with the crystals on it, in the shape of Cinderella's carriage.

You know....this topic is no good without pics. Maybe I should get those uploaded before I start yapping???

Anyone else NOT care for "Stacey" the Top 7 things to do at Disney - girl?

She annoyed the be-jeebers out of me. Yet, I'd sit and watch her like some kind of torture, I guess.

And I slept with the TV on everynight - to that one station that has the cheery music, stating park hours, etc.
