cathryn_Rose, as far as end oj January i'm still looking at dates and what works with DHs work schedule once we get the main 2007 vacay out of the way

where are you staying? POPagain? we're pretty sure that is where we will stay.
I'm thinking of losing the dining plan this time, since all we wanted to do was trade in our table services for CS and we had an impossible time doing this!! so we will hold off on table until the kids get a bit older although we will DEFINATELY do Playhouse Disney at Hollywood & Vine again!!!

Lori, that melt down is too cute that it happened in front of DISers!! not to worry i witnessed many mommy meltdowns!! and i just smiled at all parent with understanding!! my Autumn had a few meltdowns!!

ONE right at lunch at the Playhouse Disney thing! It was time for us to leave and she didin't want to go so she threw herself on the floor, she does not whine or cry just lays there and looks up at the ceiling well the gal that sings with the characters came and layed down right next to her and 2 seconds later Autumn was up and running around?!!?!? how come everyone else can make the melt downs stop EXCEPT for mommy and daddy????

Hi everyone!

Sorry we didn't make it to the meets so we could have met more of you! We did meet MrFDNY and PatsFan7, along with a couple of other DISers that I haven't seen on this thread.

I was always TOO tired by the time we got back in the evening to go back out. DS (Jared) was planning on it a couple of times, but once he laid down on his bed that was it for him, too!

Thanks for the cooler, Michelle. Sorry I didn't make it to your room to pick it up. I was just beat, so I sent Jared. I was so exhausted that I spent 2 days in bed after I got home!

Thanks for the PH meal voucher, camafrogs! It was great to get another free meal in!

Some of you may have seen us. I was the old lady with the short, gray hair tooling around on the rented scooter from Scootarama! That thing was a lifesaver!! It was the first time I've ever used one, but due to recent health issues, I knew that I never could have made it without it! I'll post a picture of us later when I'm on the other computer.

Thank goodness for the elevators! I don't think we could have carried that scooter up and down 4 flights of stairs every time we went somewhere!

The free dining was SO much food! I warned Jared that I wouldn't want to go out to eat for a long time after we got home! I ended up giving one of my CS credits to him on the last day.

Hope everyone had as good a time as us. DH and DD15 are so jealous that they want to go now!! DD is in 10th grade though, so I don't see taking her out of school. Maybe DH and I can arrange a short trip, maybe next fall in case they have free dining again!!

i think we were the only people that came out saying the free dining was not too much food! hahaha!! that's because we did all our table service at buffets with characters, so we were too busy to go up for seconds and we rarely got dessert! hahaha!!!! it worked out well for us!!

Looks like we may head over to DL in March. Then probably back to WDW this time next year. (if there is free dining!)

i too have to hit the grocery store, but i keep trying to push it back! hahah!! we have some meet and goodies in the freezer in the garage, soooo i'm still good maybe friday i will have some energy back!!1

Yes - POP! I like it there... I know AStars is nice too, but Ive grown fond of POP.

Now - if I had it MY way and could stay wherever in the heck I wanted - Id be allllll over GF! Man - I wish I could stay there....

DH says the minnie trip will either be POP again or Carribean Beach since we still have that Mod left!

Looks like we may head over to DL in March. Then probably back to WDW this time next year. (if there is free dining!)

We'll be at DL March 25-30, 2007. We're thinking about staying at either Best Western Park Place Inn or Best Western Aneheim Inn. (We just recently found out the none of the DL hotels have 1st floor rooms. And DH refuses to sleep in the car. He's so goofy about his fear of heights. )

As soon as I get my next vacation request approved at work, we'll be booking Pop Century Jan 24 - 27, 2007!

Chris, I think we saw you at Sci-Fi on wednesday.

And top 7 Stacey... made me want to kill the t.v. I really miss "the zip-a-dee-doo-da tip for today" On a side note, though, did anyone else notice that the part in her hair jumped from side to side in Epcot and at one point she even had the top of it up. Must be one of those chics who refixes her hair in the super size bathroom mirrors every time she goes to the potty. Blocking the entrance/exit, making people ask her if she's in line.

Never made it to the grocery store for real shopping. Ended up at a friend's house instead. Chatted forever then went out to eat. HEr 2 kids are now coming over to spend the night so I ran and got breakfast stuff for tomorrow. Maybe I will go in the afternoon! Maybe...

i'm watching Dancing with the Stars and once again contemplating signingup for Dance lessons!!!! i wish someone lived around here and would take lessons with me!?!?! DH saiys i should just sign up and i might meet some friends there!! but i don't want to be the lone dork!

Ok, DH doesn't know it yet, and may not agree to it so I maybe going SOLO with DD, but I am going to book the same week next year at CSR, and hopefully switch to either BC or BW in a few months. The only issue is, if I'm either about to have a baby, or have a one month old baby, it might be too hard to travel. In that case, when else should I go? SUGGESTIONS needed here<------

My parents, brother, and our family are also all going together on a family trip at a two bedroom suite at CSR in May 2008.

Today was our inspection at work (daycare licensing). I was so stressed out and really there was nothing I could do to prevent the citations we got. One was chipping paint on the outside church portion. And really, its not a big deal. All that happens is they send us a letter saying we have 60 days to fix them. But I'm so stressed now, I need a vacation.

Oh, go check out my TR in progress. I'm so bummed no ones reading it. Am I boring?

I think that will be alot to do if you have a one month old, BUT if you are just PG, then you will be fine...i went 7.5 months and i had a blast! esp. since Autumn was just a little baby herself, that we didn't need to ride the big rides anyways so we got to take it easy!!! soo fun!!

but if you are looking at other times to go, we LOVE LOVE LOVE November!!! the middle of november before Thanksgiving or a bit after is GREAT weather wise and of course crowd wise!!!
