And you all just gave me a mom memory - last place we ate, last time we did WDW we were at Tangereine Cafe - where we HATED it.

You know what bothers me the most, is I have a LOT of guilt stemming from my mom dying. Like - I really could have been a better daughter. We had a rough relationship though - it seemed we got along better when I was single. She didnt like "losing her baby" And as she got sicker and sicker - (diabetes) - she just let it eat her up emotionally and physically.

Im telling you the woman, who died was NOT the same woman who rraised me. She hated life SO much towards the end. So she's better, now.

Ummm - never even stepped foot inside 9 Dragons.

the counter service is 100% better than this place. We didn't like it AT ALL. It was like the glorified CS, so it was just too expensive for what you could get QUICKER and better next door!

Cat, don't be sad. Your mom is in a very much better place. Your relationship was supposed to be rocky. Otherwise, you would have never know when it was good. Hindsight can be very depressing. You did what you knew to do then.

we are making valentines right now (well gabriel is eating them!!) and now my keyboard is covered in glitter! not a good activity to start them on today!! haha!

Im gonna go find something that riles me up - there's a fine line between hurt and anger!

Thats the one thing Im greatful for - and I think it made it easier for my kids too, Ive kept my sense of humor through the whole thing, cuz my mom was funny and sarcastic too. She wouldnt want me to be some boring person, about it.

My mom turned legally blind and had a broken, non-healing foot (keep in mind, this woman was JUST like you and me, like normal go to work, woman...and within a few YEARS - *BAM* all downhill from diabetes) Anyways.... she had bad eyes and a bad foot.

So when we got her ashes from my uncle (who doesnt like me ) I know he was to bury some of them by her dad, and I guess my Grandma got some (which I dont really know why, she always was kind of a pain in the @55 to my mom - mean, really) I dont know - she was split up all over the place. SO I get this itty-bitty little urn. Like... I didnt open it, but the irn itself, is I poop you not, liiiiike 3 inches tall.

So, I get it, i get it home. I tell the kids "I got grandma" They look at the teeny little thing as confused as I was! And I said - I think we got her bad foot and her eyes. They laughed. We all giggled for awhile.

When I got divorced when Danny was 6 months old, I moved in with my mom and didnt move OUT until Danny was 6 - she rasied them along side with me. It was hard for them too. TELLING THEM?!? Holy cow you guys, I dont wish that on my worst enemy, honestly. Telling them was TERRIBLE!

Looks like i gotta get a hold of DH!!!

Don't hate me,but i got tickets for that on jan 20 in nyc,except it's disney 100 years of magic.We also saw nemo on ice a couple of years ago,it was great!!!
