Popeye and Bluto's and Dudley DoRight's Height Requirements

Did they lower the height requirement for Popeye and Bluto's Barges? I could have sworn it was 48". I read in another post it was 42". Is this right? Also is Dudley's 44"? Thanks, my little man will be thrilled!

Popeye and Bluto's Bildge Raft Barges height requirement was lowered. This is because individual seatbelts were installed. It used to be that you had to share a belt with your neighbor.

for those not listed (cat, one fish, storm) a child must be able to walk and sit independently to ride. on caro-seuss-el, there's no requirement other than small children need to be strapped in and the adult has to hold them.
