Alright, we are in Animal Kingdom and having a blast with Autumn in her Pocohantas dress.

Everyone is commenting on how great she looks, but one CM tells her to hurry and get on the train to conservation station because she can SEE Pocahantas!!!! So off we go and Autumn is super excited!!

We get there and the lady at the TRain Station tells us we have about 15 minutes before Pocohantas goes away for THE DAY!

So we are running like mad men, which is NOT very fast considering we have a stroller, a walking 2 year old and a baby in one of those Bjorn carriers flopping about! hahaha!!

We get inside Conservation Station...to find...Pocohantas has left for the day

Autumn was bummed and we felf awful for not knowing about her being there and getting there earlier.

I get tapped on the shoulder suddenly and it's the CM with Rafiki!!!

She says..

Rafiki has to go back to the forest to get something to drink would you like to come with?!

We were like...ummm...okay....

We follow her and then she tells us to stop and takes Rafiki inside...

Then she comes out and has us follow her outside...by now we are totally confused. She takes Autumns hand and walks ahead of us down this path that says:

CAST MEMBERS ONLY

Then I see Autumn break free and run....

It's POCOHANTAS!!! Once she heard that there was a little girl in a dress like hers she had to meet her!!>!? It was the best 10 minutes of the whole trip. She posed for photos, did Autographs and Autumn got those special YOAMD pins from the CM. It was really great!

So.... what are everyone's dates for this fall? I am thinking about moving mine to the very end of Sept and into Oct for F&W. Terry said if I am going to make him go he wants the free stuff (meaning dining) and he LOVES Halloween so he wants to do the Halloween thing... especially at Universal. .

*sniff - sniff - sniff* I smell a Grand Gathering, woman!!!

Im the 14-24. Colleen is the 7-17th. Ummmm - Lora is the 17th - 23rd.

If you do decide to do Uni for Halloween Horror - gimme the details on that. Jimmy would love that.

If anyone is thinking about the Pirate and Princess Party? GO GO GO if you are all about big rides and zero lines. (As in go ahead and stay on for Space mountain if you want to ride again)

We almost did this in January just for that reason. Dang!

Hey guys, I have a total bummer. I lost the baby last night. I'm exactly the same 8.5 weeks as I was last time. Went to the ER, and had a D&E again. It really sucked because yesterday at 12:45 I had an ultrasound and everything was fine! Baby had a heartbeat, and then about 2am everything was horribly wrong.

HI gang,

I'm so bummed!!! It really looks like i will have to cancel mt trip I was waiting for the airfare to drop a little before i booked. Well today air fare for aug 13 is $270, per person per way. Keep your fingers crossed for me, i don't want to cancel this trip!!

I never ever book my air until about June/July for September! And even then, do you know how many credits I got from Jet Blue because the rate dropped even more???? (they dont do that any more though, unless its ova 50 bucks!) Don't worry, don't cancel until the last minute!

I just wanted to make sure it was made aware - cuz you guys are the only ones with my address. You give it to no one....thats all.

Hi there! I have not been on here since the new thread was started so i had to go back to my Myspace and get the link from Cat.
So anyway, I hope everyone is well. Life here is awesome of course. Terry leaves again on Friday for school for 2 weeks. Weather has been pretty nice and so we have been doing a ton of yard work.
There is no way that I would have time to go back and catch up so if anyone can give a Cliff Notes version that would be awesome!

Hi poppers, so much has happen. Sadly my trip is canceled! No august disney for me, not sure when i'm going back. We would really like to go for oct again for Ds birthday, but last year the school gave me an ulser, that we took him out for 5 days, i know what a terrible parent. The humanity, how could i take him to disneyworld, i mean force him to go to disneyworld.

Why you ask, something has come up. We are moving( i know right after i finnaly give you guys my address) Not to worry, i promise i will give you my new one. Actually it's right next door.

See i rent the house next door to dw's parents, anyway dw's grandpop and aunt who live on the 2nd floor of dw's parents 3 family home are moving out. So we decided to move in, it's basiclly more space, more rooms and cheaper for rent. With everything going on, we have a lot on our plate right now. Dw's got a new wedding ring, ds got a new bedroom set, i just paid for summercamp for my son $2,400 hey nyc the most expensive place to live.

With everything going on, and i plan on getting a new car within the year, we decided to cancel the trip for now. I know bummer, i was so depressed. Maybe we will go next year for august 09. I know it's so long away

Like i said i would really love to go for oct, but i know my son's school will give us heartache over it. His principal used to run a private cathloic school before his, so she is very strick. Maybe a little too little strick, but she will have a stroke if we take him in oct, still i think....

I mean, not to sound so negative, but think of all the FDNY personall murdered on sept 11, the exact number is 343, thats right three hundred and fourty three members of the fdny were murdered on sept 11. I mean my time here is not certain, something could go bad at a job tomorrow and i could get killed, the way i see it, we should just take him in oct and go, screw the school. Still if he starts to fall behind, no doubt the school will blame this trip and us and of course some part of me will blame myself.

I guess i will figure it out, but as of now, no disney trips planned for a while. Which is scary, cause this is the first time in like 7 years, maybe even longer that i do not have a disney trip planned.

Me and dw already talked about it, if we do not go this year the next trip will be for at least 10 days if not longer.

AL right, i'm beat, just got off a 16 hour shift. I'm going to bed, goodnight all!!!

PJ--I agree with you about the school. Five days is not going to hurt him if you and dw work with him on learning what he missed. I'll help if I can if there's a concept he doesn't get (went to school for teaching). The school doesn't like it because its more work for them and they probably have attendance quotas. But you need to think of your family. If your really concerned about the school, you can pay for me to come down to WDW too and every afternoon I'll tutor your DS at the pool.
Awesome about the rent being cheaper and more space!

Timmy--I'm having an allergic reaction (itchy bumps) where my IVs were (I had to have two), do you know what this could be from? All they gave me was the normal Iv solution, Pitocin, Kevlin (or something like that that makes you relax) and my anesthesia.
