Can I bring and reuse Popcorn Buckets from a past cruise?

I found one to use.....it is holiday themed, so hope it is acceptable.
I usually give them to the grand kids for their sand pit

We had the orange/ jack o lantern Mickey ballons and the Oogly boogly thing. The bucket was halloween themed with all the characters in their costumes with a purple lid.

If I had to guess, technically you can't get a 'refill' of something they just started selling. It seems silly since they will 'refill' any old bucket you bring but I guess they have to enforce some sort of rule, lol.
